Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide — and shipping is FREE on all orders. There are no shipping charges added at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- UK & EU: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days
- South Africa: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Note: Customs or courier delays can occasionally extend delivery times, but we’ll assist you promptly.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can also view them on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us at fletchcramerco@gmail.com to start a return.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Payoneer Checkout. All payments are processed securely in USD.
