Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide, and shipping is FREE on all orders. There are no shipping charges added at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- South Africa: 21 days.
- Rest of World: 30 business days.
Note: Customs or courier delays can occasionally extend delivery times. We will assist you promptly if that happens.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can also view them on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us at fletchcramerco@gmail.com to start a return.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
