Refund policy

At Fletchcramer.com, we want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1) Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging, complete with all tags and manuals.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care or beauty items once opened, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and final sale items.

3) Start a return (RMA required)

Please email fletchcramerco@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation before sending anything back.

Include: order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Return address: provided after your RMA is approved. Items sent back without an approved RMA cannot be accepted.

4) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at our cost.

5) Who pays return shipping

  • Our fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect): we cover return shipping and replacements.
  • Changed mind, not suitable, or ordered the wrong size: customer covers return shipping. Please use a tracked service.

6) Exchanges

The fastest method is to return the item once approved and place a new order for the preferred item or size. We will process the original return as below.

7) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

8) EU 14-day cooling off (if applicable)

For orders shipped to the European Union, consumers have the right to cancel and return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

9) Missing or lost parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, notify us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. Resolution may include replacement, refund, or a carrier claim, depending on findings.
